Fixed columns

Postby BernardoUI » May 2nd, '20, 08:54

I use the grid-table with mysql and ajax. Very fas and simple tu use - compliments.
One question I did not find an answer:
Even if I give a column a fixed width (p.e. 40px) every time I resort or change the page the width of the single columns is changing. How can I prevent the programm from doing that ? I tried 'layout:fixed', but that did not work.
As it is now the table makes an very 'nervious' impression.
I simply want fixed columns that do not change their width when resorting or reloading.

You must check that width of all columns = 100%
Also, you may define via CSS for all TABLE > TD following rule:

Code: Select all

  width: XXXpx;
  white-space: nowrap;
  overflow: hidden;
  text-overflow: ellipsis;
