WHAT are the roles and privileges of AdminPanel users?

Here the list of ApPHP AdminPanel roles and their privileges:

Main Admin - owner of the site, cannot be removed.
Admins- administrators of the site, has all privileges like main admin, but may be removed by the Main Admin.

Users - are persons, who may log into the system and get access to the pages, defined by admins.
Currently privileged users are not distinct from the simple users - such option was left for development purposes.
