PROBLEM WHEN TRYING TO INSERT A VALUE WRITTEN IN GREEK CHARS

Postby hliasmin » May 29th, '10, 14:20

I have a database , which collation is general_ci.
I have also a table which collation is general_ci.
When i try to post a record, in which a field value is written with greek characters i always get the above error

The field <NAME> must be a text. Please, re-enter

Instead, if the same field value with english characters, every is going ok without any errors

Can you tell me what is wrong with that.

When you define "req_type" for your field in datagrid, you have to define in as "req_type"=>"rt" or "req_type"=>"st"
